Since 2016, Rogers Resourcing has grown out of a drive to solve problems and innovate solutions for our clients. We have developed a new alternative retainer model focused on staff retention, an increasingly expensive issue across all businesses and industries.

Our Recruitment Retainer is a comprehensive solution with an in-house approach, that incorporates resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, post-placement support, staff retention monitoring and ongoing continuous improvement.

Our approach is built on developing strong relationships with clients and candidates. Through our in-depth discovery, we understand our client’s specific needs and develop a tailored recruitment strategy to align with our client’s business vision and goals.

Our retainer model with a relationship focus supports improved communication and clarification of expectations for the candidate, team and management.

Post Start Care

We check in with new starts and the manager/teams on the new start’s first week and periodically thereafter. We maximise the rapport built with a recruiter for the benefit of your organisation. We often support the resolve of issues in our post start care before they become a larger problem impacting retention or workplace culture. Our post start care assists our team in debriefing and focussing in on who the right people are for you.
